DAVID DEVINE Born and raised in Toronto, David Devine graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honors B.A. in English before going on to earn an M.F.A. from UCLA's prestigious film school. He established his own company, Devine Videoworks, in 1982. He began his directing career in 1985 with the video A Young Children's Concert with Raffi. The video went multi-platinum in North America.
