DAVID SCHULTZ David Schultz was born in Winnipeg, Canada in 1963. He took courses in cinema and television, stage and radio arts at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and at Mount Royal College in Calgary. He has written screenplays for six completed feature films, including Question of Privilege, Silent Cradle, Double Frame and Anthrax.
