GEORGIE HENLEY

Georgia Henley, or "Georgie" as she is called by her family, friends, and fans, is a child actress who stars in The Chronicles of Narnia series.
When Henley was just eight years old she landed a lead role as Lucy Pevensie in the first film, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005).
Henley was born in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, UK and leads the life of a typical girl. She attends Bradford Grammar School in West Yorkshire and is a member of the Ilkley Upstagers' Theatre Group. She has two older sisters, Rachael and Laura Henley, and Rachael portrayed the older version of Lucy in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Georgie enjoys reading and writing, and during the filming of her first movie she wrote two books, The Snow Stag and A Pillar of Secrets.
Henley just completed the second film in the series, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008) and has signed on for the third movie: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, set to be released in 2010.
