Marcus Raboy was a top music video director before making his feature film directorial debut with Friday After Next (2002), starring Ice Cube. As a video director, he worked on several of Ice Cubes music videos Guerillas in the Mist, Wicked and You Know How We Do It, as well as music videos for such a variety of performers including Sting, Santana, LiL Kim, Mary J. Blige, Naughty by Nature and the multi-platinum rock band Staind.
Recently, Raboy shot Westside Connections music video Its the Holidaze which includes footage from Friday After Next, featuring several cast members.
