STEPHEN NORRINGTON Date of Birth: 1964 Born in London, England, Stephen Norrington began his career in the mid-1980s working on animatronics and designing mechanical characters for the films Return to Oz (1985), Young Sherlock Holmes (1985) and Alien (1986). He has also worked on makeup for the films The Witches (1990) and Waxwork II: Lost in Time (1992) before making his feature film directorial debut with Death Machine (1995), which he also wrote and produced.
