THOMAS CARTER A three-time winner of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Award, Carter got his start playing bit parts on series such as M*A*S*H, Lou Grant and Hill Street Blues and as a regular on The White Shadow from 1978 to 1980.
