Trent Ford Biography

TRENT FORD

Date of Birth: January 16, 1979

The son of an Army test pilot, Trent Ford was born in Ohio but attended high school in 18 different cities. Much of his adolescence was spent growing up in England and he went on to become a student of prestigious Cambridge University. While still at university, he flew to Canada to film his screen debut in Deeply (2000) opposite Kirsten Dunst. Next, he filmed a role in Robert Altman’s Gosford Park (2001), shot in England, before returning to the land of his birth to film Slap Her... She’s French (2002). After graduating from Cambridge, Ford moved full time to the United States and was chosen to play Mandy Moore’s love interest in the feature film How to Deal (2003).

His TV debut came playing the recurring role of Jean Paul in several episodes of NBC’s drama series The West Wing (2002/2003).

Ford currently lives in Los Angeles.
