truly a genuis story and well done movie
This movie wasn`t the typical hollywood kind, there was something unique in it.
Excellent film! It was quite historically inaccurate (changed to make it more Hollywood friendly) but still an excellent movie. Cast was chosen well, fight scenes were comparable to other great films set in the classic age. I would honestly see it again. I don`t know why people are complaining that this movie is degrading to Middle Eastern people. It`s just that in this fight, the Persians were the bad guys. We`ve been on the Middle East`s side before (When Russia tried to invade Afghanistan for example).
I found the movie exciting and gripping.
An excellent metaphor for the contemporary world ... King Leonidas : President George W. Bush , The non-Sparatan Greeks who fought with the 300 briefly, but then ` cut & ran ` at the first sign of difficulty : Spain, etc. , The Spartan Senate : The American Senate & House , The Oracles : The Supreme Court & Liberals who would follow ` rules ` even to their own destruction , The Persians : Asian hordes ( terrorists & others ).
It was one of the greatest and most bloodiest epics i`ve ever seen and one of the best films of the year.
300 was the best movie i seem for a long time i hope there will be another 1
