The movie was very interesting to me seeing that I have n8tive blood. Some say to gory but really was truthful thats how some tribes are but the truth isnt always prettey.

A fantastic way to tell the story of these people back then. Two thumbs up on that! I just didn't understand what the possible meaning of the movie was. Maybe it was just telling a story of this man who has promised to return to his wife and child again. But whatever the movie was *just* about it was still a lovely movie. .. I found many similarities betweem this movie and another movie directed by Mel Gibson - perhaps TPOC? Lots of eye contact connections, gore, desperate people, and blood. Hmmm.

Outstanding movie

After I watched this movie, I watched it three times AGAIN!!!! I just can't get enough of it!!!! No matter what anyone says, this is an AWESOME movie!! Awesome acting by Rudy Youngblood and great job Mel Gibson!!

Slow starter, but action picks up. It would have been an excellent movie if it had been in english without the subtitles. Gave me a headache, I couldn't take my eyes off the screen or I would miss some dialog.

Top quality movie in every aspect!
