Having read the book I sort of knew what I might see and hoped it would measure up; I wasn't disappointed. I particularly enjoyed her stay in India and thought that the cinematography was excellent. You felt like you were there, the essence of the place was not lost. Bravo!
very much enjoyed the whole movie, beautiful scenery, and lessons to be learned for young and old. It did seem as if she cried too soon into the movie though.
I liked this movie a lot. It was a refreshing change from the usual chick flick type of movie. It was great to see how Julia Roberts character evolved in this story line and how all the people she encounter attributed to this reformation. Thanks for the screening pass. It was well enjoyed.
Very nice movie Enjoyed a special night out with my friend.
How refreshing! The best movie I've seen this year. Julia Roberts was amazing, and there was a great supporting cast.
I loved it!...Julia did a fantastic job. I especially loved the scenery around Rome, India and Bali...felt like yo were really there....Especially the food scenes in Rome...Yummy!
great movie.. Julie Roberts is amazing and loved the story line
It a really good movie. I really loved how Liz made such great friends in each country she visited. It was way better then I though it was going to be.
Enjoyed the movie so much! It brought back to memory reading the book and how much it touched me and made me evaluate my own life. Acting was well done, location shots were great. This movie made me feel like I was the character and was making my own journey. A recommend see it movie!
I loved this movie! Julia Roberts made me feel like I was the person searching for meaning in my life. I could feel the sadness, the joy and the love as it happened. The story of Liz Gilbert is inspirational to say the least. Some parts were hugely, laugh-out-loud funny while others were thought-provoking and sad. Truly an exceptional performance by Julia Roberts and a special story from Liz Gilbert.
