 Hilarious. Unexpected fun. A combination of Super Bad and Kill Bill. Loved the action and music which enhanced the comedy and violence, although there's less blood and gore than many have said. Hit Girl steals the show. A must see for 16+, but definitely not for younger kids.
lmao, can you believe the mouth on that little girl? Damn! hahaha. Great, great movie.  I don't think the movie was that good,and the story's been done many times. THe action was good, not Wanted stule-angelina jolie kind of special effects but good. with dialoge such as "Say hello to my little friend" over while a big dude pulls out a bazouka well.. Th eonly thing that saved it as a dash of Nick Cage here and there, he is very good in those dark kind of roles that he's been type cast in.So REnt It..but not worth it to see it in the thearters and hello they keep on driving the SEQUEL in on us in this movie. annoying.
Kick Ass was kickin' awesome! My hubs & I went to watch it last Friday, our expectations were low but ended up laughing through most of the film, loved the action - was violent, but not too gory, and loved every minute of this brilliant, quirky, nerdy, underdog comic hero movie!! Definitely worth spending the time and money to watch! Big Daddy is awesome in the movie! Totally not what I was expecting. It was so much better. Such a kick-ass movie. Hit Girl made the movie. And Nicolas Cages impression of Adam West was awesome. Hello I am a father of two young girls, the movie is Rated R should I take them? I took them to the Hangover because I am to dumb to figure out the rating system. SPOILER ALERT moron parents, this movie is VIOLENT and 18a. Probably don't want to take your kids to this Bloody, Violent! Everything u can ask for as a comic book fan! A fantasic adult action/comedy romp. 5/5. Part action, part comedy, part satire, part cultural - "there is something wrong with us"... it hits all the right notes. Must see. If u liked Kill Bill, u gonna love this since it is a mix between Kill Bill and the Spidey |
