McDormand is good and Nivola isn`t bad. But casting Beckinsale as the valedictorian of Harvard Medical school sure didn`t ring close to true.
Dissapointing. Other than Frances, this movie is boring and completely void of any passion and intelligence.
Laurel Canyon is one of Frances Mcdormand`s best FILMS YET! FANTASTIC!
This is Frances` best role by far. She`s pretty believable as the middle aged record producer and seems to have a lot of fun with the role. This is a fantastic movie!
