movie was pretty good, apart from some big holes in the plot. also, needed more subtitles. i could barely understand what the characters were saying.

Two words to describe this movie...EXTREMEMLY BORING. There was not enough action..except in the bathroom...haha...which they used that lame scene TWICE.

Terrible acting, no chemistry among any of the actors. I could not relate any of the new "Vice Team" to the old as to who was who. The best part of the whole movie was the sniper rifle execution scene of the FBI agents during the first exchange...awesome scene, well done.

I thought it had an old school dialogue to it, being a former original viewer of the TV series starring Don Johnson & Phillip Michael Thomas. I will definetly purchase it when it is available to purchase on DVD!!

it`s different from the tv show, that being a good thing. I think it captures what most action/entertainment hollywood films aim for but usually don`t capture. performances are great by collin, Li Gong, and the rest. it`s good all around, i recommend it, with most michael mann`s films.

I was very disappointed in this new Vice. I was looking forward to this movie but felt left down. The story is slow moving as are the characters. Great idea but not great movie. Definite thumbs down.

NOT a good movie. longest two hours of my life. while the maybe two action scenes were extremely well done, the rest of the movie is spent looking at another one of either main character`s "intense" facial expressions followed by pretty much no dialogue. don`t waste your money.

Wow, the slowest movie I have ever seen! Nothing interesting ever happens till the last 15 minutes maybe. How did this make it to theatres with this star talent involved??? Makes you wonder!

Brutal!!!! There`s a reason why the T.V. was popular. That reason is sadly lacking in this piece of excrutiatinly long cinematic garbage. Everythign about it was brutal... the acting... the story... the dialogue... even the action... what action? Good for a dvd to use as a coaster.

Miami vice the ultimate adolescent fantasy, wear expensive clothes, drive fast cars. Go to the best underworld parties, get the girl, and yeah be a `cop` hero. Is here turned into reality tv, yeah danger glitz, and `gritty` look but the glamour of drug deals, and expensive toys is gone. How did it happen where we don`t care anymore? Brainwashing the state, show us so many drug takedowns, that dream of fast cars, money and women, with gun battles is gone? Too bad we all get older, Vice is pretty to look at, but last summers Stealth moved faster and had greater story.

i slept and then my bro who went with me, he slept, so basically this movie was 132 mins of goodnites sleep! extremely disappointed. only thing that woke me up in the movie were the gunshots cuz the sound efx were REALLY good. thats about it.

The movie was a desaster. The 2 actors had no chemistry what so ever. The TV serie was much better without a doupt. And I`m surprised Michael Mann accepted this movie, all of is other pictures were better especially Heat.

Possibly the worst movie ever made. The casting is horrible, the dialogue is awful, Mann focused more on the love story than anything else. This movie is is the only movie that a heroin addict would stop watching. It`s THAT slow. I like Michael Mann`s movies, but this was just terrible. I left the theatre wondering how they got away putting this garbage in the thater. Thanks, but I`ll stick with Clerks 2 this summer.

This was a waste of time and money. I basically slept though the movie there where more hot and erotic seen in this movie than action. If i wanted hot and erotic i wouldnt be at the theatres. As Cop movie i find it pathetic with no action until the end and the plot was a stupid drug plot that lead no way Good guys win and Bad Guys lose you should watch it on TV

I enjoyed this flic although like many movies today, I find them too long. If it was shortened by about 15 minutes the movie would move much better. It has a great look, some nice toys and is quite violent. Very gritty. Go see it.

the film as a `miami vice` does not stand for one reason; it is nothing like the campy 80`s series, it is much more darker and brutal (which is not such a bad thing). on the other hand the film is slow in pacing, much similar to the series; the film evolves more around the characters and hardly packs in action (again, much like the series). the reason why i enjoyed the series more with the slow pacing is that an episode was an hour long and not over 2 hours like the film. honestly, i was expecting much more action the most of the movie is just sonny and ricardo waving their guns around in the air and not using them. while the series was limit

I think this movie was great the action was well planned and thought out. I thought it was innovative and made me laugh. I love Collin and Jamie together they are a great team. They have a spark between the two of them when they are in movies together. Overall a great movie.
