this movie rocked, and the avg rating will definitly go up to 4.5 stars Spiderman 2 is one of the few movies that can claim that it is better than the original. Up there with elite company(Godfather II, and Empire strikes back) Character development is amazing, Fight sequences that take your breath away, and a villian that is not overshadowed by revenge. If you want to take a leap of faith in this movie Spiderman`s web will break your fall. Aside from the minor problems of Kirsten Dunst`s hair not being red this time around, and the fact there should`ve been a few more Doc Ock fights, the movie is near flawless. Where the first film failed was in that it fully explored the human ellement but couldn`t grasp the superhero stuff. That and the effects, you could tell when it was Tobey Maguire and when it was digital. This film however blends it all together flawlessly, as well it maintains the wit of the comic book, which the first film also lacked. All and all, this was a perfect film. Comic/art fans will LOVE the opening credit montage of Alex Ross` paintings based on the first fi kinda ok could be more storyfull The Best movie this year!!!!! it was the best movie ever |
