Hilarious movie! Oh, and to the person that said it wasn't suitable for a 14 year old... maybe that's why it's rated R!?!
Do not take your kids to this movie. It was very vulgar. With every second word F**King this and F***King that, and disgusting sexual undertones. For example Will jamming his hand down his pants while watching a woman's exercise video. We walked out of the theatre and demanded are money back. Will Ferrel will never receive my money anymore. Go see a British comedy like Simon Pegg, or Rowan Atkinson. At least there are some clean scenes.
Saw the movie Friday night and it was EXCELLENT!!! Both Farrell and Reily deliver the laughs and perfect chemistry on screen. I was SO hesitant on seeing this after the horrible "Taladega Nights". But the trailers made me laugh and I just needed to go out that night, so I saw it with my buddies and surprisingly the theatre was PACKED!!!! Everyone was laughing and I was pleasantly surprised!!
Farrell hasn't impressed me in a long time (not since Anchorman or Kicking and Screaming) but he and Reily redeem themselves and made me a believer (at least for now). There is actually a story here, yes it may be loose, but it there nonetheless and doesn't steer too far away from it when giving us hi

Finally... a comedy that is *funny*. This is the first comedy of 2008 that has consistency and laugh-out loud fun. Typically it seems that the only funny parts in a movie are shown in the trailer -- thankfully this movie has funny moments in spades. I will see this in theatres again!
Very Funny, but if you do not like Will Ferrell style comedy, then you will not enjoy it.
One of the best comedy flicks out. A definite must see.
