the good german has to be one of the best movies i have seen in years with a really great cast and i sure hope they work together again like tobey maguire is a total hunk

A real film noir for younger audiences. If you`re a fan of Mildred Pierce and the like, you will love this film, the cine is amazing. Soderbergh has outdone himself, director, DOP and editor, well worth the price.

It was an interesting movie. It shows the ugliness of the reality of survival. It shows how situation can define you despite what you prefer to think of yourself. You are reminded that there is nothing absolute about vice or virtue and it shows it in all sides of the story...nice to see an impartial account!
