It was a fabulous rendition of the theatre production - wonderful cinematography and enchanting costumes. Emmy Rossum is gorgeous as Christine with such a hauntingly lovely voice like an angle`s. Gerard Butler has just the right combination of manliness and vulnerability as the Phantom to make many women consider spending their time in the magic of the night.
Loved it! Did a wonderful job of putting the story together.. the way it should be.. it had to be hard to get it off the stage and into the big screen and to get it just right.
I didnt really like it and would not recommend it as i thought it was boring and i feel asleep a few times throughout the entire movie

WOW What great movie. Well it is the best of Britan and Brodway put into movie form. GO SEE IT YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE SPECIAL EFFECTS. WOW Fabulous. Everyone was fantastic acting and singing.

I loved this movie. At first I was really hesitant to watch, but this movie was soo good, I had to watch it twice. The music is awesome! Emmy deserves awards! Gerard Butler was soo good too!!!
OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS ME I LOVED PHANTOM OF THE OPERA ITS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD ITS MY LIKE ALTIME FAVOURITE MAN, I LOVE THE SINGING AND COSTUMES AND THE PAHANTOM IS SOOOOOOO HOTT!
Wonderful movie! The cinematography, music, singing and acting were excellent. I hope this movie gets the nominations and awards it richly deserves.
