The special effects were good but the story lacked any sort of promise.
Loved it...a little cheesy in parts, but definitely very well done! Really enjoyed the action scenes.
I thought the movie was action packed all the way though. I found myself more in touch with characters than I did the first two movies,,, I have to admit I cried when Xavier died. The visuals were amazing. The only disappointment I found was they didn`t have Gene turn into the Phoenix she only turned into fire. But all in all, it was great.
I thought this movie was great the xmen movies have been a highlight for me and I love how they just keep getting better. I hope this wasn`t the last one.

Bryan Singer should have done the 3rd X-Men movie. The quality of the movie both with the storyline and the characters would have been significantly better if he had been the one to make the movie.
This is the best on of the series!
