Tribute‘s Bonnie Laufer-Krebs caught up with Amy Sedaris and Chris Kattan at TIFF to talk about their roles in the coming-of-age drama, Tanner Hall.

In Tanner Hall, Kattan plays Mr. Middlewood, a teacher at an all-girls boarding school who is dealing with a mid-life crisis. Sedaris is his wife, Mrs. Middlewood, who helps to run the school’s dormitory. 

In the interview, Kattan and Sedaris talk to Tribute about playing a dramatic role, the concept of sex after 40, and what they’re doing to save the environment.

Sedaris also tells Tribute about her role in Jennifer’s Body and Kattan discusses his new ABC series, The Middle.
