In addition, the finalists have been announced for the Jump Cuts Young Filmmakers Showcase, a short film competition open to youth in Ontario. It includes 20 short films and 46 filmmakers who have produced films in all sorts of genres such as animation and documentaries, that cover areas such as mental illness, bullying and so much more. Screenings will take place Friday May 11 at 12:15 p.m. and Saturday May 12 at 3:15 p.m. at the TIFF Bell Lightbox.
