At 62, William H. Macy is living proof that age is just a number with an acting career that’s still going strong, especially after taking on the role of Priest Brendan in The Sessions. He talks to Tribute.ca about the character, a priest who has to give spiritual advice to a polio-stricken man (John Hawkes) trying to lose his virginity with a sex surrogate—quite the opposite from the alcoholic father he plays in the television series Shameless.
Macy also discusses the one role that changed his life plus the possibility of working on a project with his wife, actress/director Felicity Huffman. Interview by Bonnie Laufer, Tribute Entertainment Media Group
