Four years ago, best friends Lou (Rob Corddry), Nick (Craig Robinson) and Jacob (Clark Duke) discovered that their hot tub was actually a time machine. They travelled back to the past, where they altered a few things in order to change their futures for financial gain.
Now rich and famous, this time around they travel to the year 2025 and find out that each of their futures is equally bleak. They decide to travel back to the point in time where things went wrong so they can fix it.
