In this trailer for Pacific Rim Uprising, Jake (John Boyega) is told that his father always wanted him to be a pilot. He has been living in the shadow of his father’s legacy and expectations for a while. He is warned that the Kaiju are going to come back. The trailer reveals that someone has let them in – someone with an agenda. Jake then decides to join the fight against the Kaiju with a group of inexperienced pilots.
