In the second trailer for The Foreigner, Quan (Jackie Chan) holds a photograph of a woman and two children and says, "I have no more family." We see a flashback of him dropping his daughter off. She kisses him and gets out of the car, but as she crosses the street, a bomb goes off, killing her and other people. Quan asks Irish Deputy Minister Liam Hennessy (Pierce Brosnan) who killed his daughter. The man tells Quan he works for the government, not for terrorists. Quan doesn't believe him and insists on knowing the names of the bombers. A martial arts master and weapons expert with a colorful past, Quan goes on a mission to hunt them down.
