In the official trailer for the movie Lowriders, we are introduced to the classic car culture of Los Angeles. We see plenty of old school convertibles riding along in the vibrant backdrop of East L.A. From there, we hear the voice of graffiti artist Danny (Gabriel Chavarria), as he describes what life is like for a Mexican-American teenager growing up on the west coast. When Danny gets locked up for vandalizing, it’s his father who bails him out, and tells him he doesn’t want to end up like his brother (Theo Rossi). When Theo comes home from jail, tensions grow in the family, and Danny is in the middle of it.
