In this premiere trailer for the ensemble romantic comedy Mother's Day (2016), Sandy (Jennifer Aniston) is a single mother of two boys whose ex-husband left her for a woman in her twenties. Bradley (Jason Sudeikis) is a single dad struggling to be both a father and a mother to his two teenage daughters.

Jesse (Kate Hudson) is a single woman who avoids her mother like the plague. And Kristin (Britt Robertson) has never met her mother, who may or may not be a very famous author (Julia Roberts). Mother's Day explores how these five people's lives intertwine on that very special holiday in May.
