Best friends Jason (Zac Efron), Daniel (Miles Teller) and Mikey (Michael B. Jordan) live together. When Mikey’s girl breaks up with him, he tries to cope by digging into a pint of ice cream. Daniel decides the best cure for Mikey is to go out and party instead. They head to a bar in hopes of getting some action. Unfortunately, Mikey is still not ready to move on. When Ellie (Imogen Poots) checks Jason out at the bar, the two go home and have what was thought to be a one-night stand. When they begin to see each other twice a day, Daniel gets upset with Jason, because they’d made a pact not to see any one girl more than twice in one week. However, Daniel soon finds himself getting closer to Chelsea (Mackenzie Davis) and the three guys realize that their situation is changing.
