Four retired mobsters (Reynolds, Dreyfuss, Cassel, Hedaya) enjoy their retirement living
in semi-squalor at the Raj Mahal senior citizen residence hotel. When a bunch of yuppies
move into the neighborhood, the management decides to renovate the building to increase
rent and attract higher-class clientele.
Unfortunately for the ageing mobsters, the rent is now too high to pay, so they team up
for one last time and look for a way to scare off some of their potential neighbours.
But just as their plan goes into action, things go awry...
