In the trailer for the comedy/drama The Upside, slacker Dell (Kevin Hart) needs a job. Paralyzed billionaire Phillip Lacasse (Bryan Cranston) needs a caregiver. When Dell stumbles into Phillip's penthouse, the older man takes a liking to him and despite the fact that Dell is in no way qualified, he decides to hire him.
