In this clip from Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, Alice (Milla Jovovich) stops Doc (Eoin Macken), who is about to stab her with a needle. She turns it around on him and his crew by holding him captive using the needle. Doc pleads with his crew to put their guns down. Doc tells Alice the needle was pure adrenaline to keep her awake because something big is coming.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter opens in theaters January 27, 2017.
