In this clip from The Bye Bye Man, we see Detective Shaw (Carrie-Anne Moss) sitting down in an interrogation room with Elliot (Douglas Smith). She asks him if he wants to throw away his scholarship and his girlfriend, and tells him that if he talks to her, she can help him, adding, "Otherwise, it'll be out of my hands, and you'll be wishing that you had." Elliot replies, "You might find yourself wishing I hadn't."
The Bye Bye Man opens in theaters January 13, 2017.
