In the official trailer for Tommy’s Honour, legendary Scottish golf club greenskeeper Tom Morris proudly poses with his son, Tommy, for a photo. Tommy sees his dad being treated poorly by rich golfers, and urges him to stand up for himself. Old Tom tells Tommy that he knows his place, and that Tommy must also know his. Tommy defiantly expresses that he is going to become a golfer. Proving that he is talented at the game, Tommy is offered money to golf. He falls in love with an older woman, much to his mother’s disapproval. As golf becomes more popular around Europe, Tommy is faced with immense pressure to play the sport he loves.
