David Douglas (Director of Photography) - Born to be Wild 3D Interview

David Douglas began his filmmaking career by making a multiple-image documentary while in high school. He has since shot over 30 IMAX films including Hubble 3D and Rolling Stones: At the MAX. HIs latest film is Born to be Wild 3D, which documents orphaned orangutans and elephants and the extraordinary people who rescue and raise them—saving endangered species one life at a time.

Tribute's Bonnie Laufer spoke with David in Los Angeles about working on this inspirational and life-changing movie, how he coped with the imminent danger of being around wild animals and how he almost hired a couple of eager orangutans to join his crew!
