Ten-time Grammy-winning artist Mary J. Blige will without a doubt have her shot at Oscar gold next year. Blige wrote and performs the moving song that is played during the credits of The Help. When Blige saw the film (about African American maids in Mississippi during the 1960s), she was inspired beyond words and says the song just poured out.
Bonnie Laufer from Tribute sat down with Mary to discuss what moved her so deeply about the film and how performing in front of huge crowds still gives her butterflies.
