Quentin Tarantino Interview

Director Quentin Tarantino hopes audiences will have a good time at his latest film Django Uncahined, but he's also hoping that they might learn a thing or two after watching it. Both comedy and drama, Django Unchained is a spaghetti western that stars Jamie Foxx as a pre-Civil War escaped slave in the southern U.S. who is on a quest to free his imprisoned wife (Kerry Washington) and exact vengeance against her captors. He joins forces with a bounty hunter (Christoph Waltz), and the two crack wise and pile up bodies in a violent plantation reckoning. The film also stars Leonardo Di Caprio and Samuel L. Jackson.

Tribute.ca spoke with Quentin during a promotional stop in Toronto about working on the film.
