Scarlett Johansson, who returns to the big screen as The Black Widow, discusses her role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, describing her character's working relationship with Captain America as an unexpected friendship that develops between them because both tend to put up walls to protect themselves from getting hurt. Her character Natasha's dark past is explored more in this film and Scarlett says her character is a survivor and that is what makes her interesting. Scarlett especially enjoyed working with Robert Redford, whom she hadn't worked with since she was 12 in The Horse Whisperer.
