Wes Anderson Interview

Director Wes Anderson is known for his offbeat but heartfelt movies. His latest, Moonrise Kingdom (which Anderson says is his most autobiographical film to date) received rave reviews when it recently opened the Cannes Film Festival. It tells the story of two 12-year-olds who connect on many levels and decide to run away together.

Bonnie Laufer from Tribute spoke with Wes via satellite from London about his personal connection with the script and choosing the two young lead actors after nine months of intense auditions.
