e all have our dislikes, but you might be surprised at the pet peeves of some celebrities.

Brad Pitt: "Mine's an obvious one - prying paparazzi. Okay, I know that I'm a person in the public interest and I agree that publicity is what it's all about. But I draw the line when they use underhanded methods to try to catch me in my private moments."

Claudia Schiffer: "When people and the press tag me the most beautiful woman in the world. It so annoys me, because I don't think there is such a woman. Everyone has their own personal charm and kind of beauty."

Tom Hanks: "I'd rather hit myself over the head with a hammer than go to a nightclub. They're too dark and smoky and you have to shout at your friends. Where's the fun in that?"

Gwyneth Paltrow: "I hate the party scene, always have. I'd much rather stay at home, grab a snack and watch television. I hate going to crowded places, even though I know it's sometimes expected of me."

Drew Barrymore: "I hate getting up in the mornings. I keep giving myself another ten minutes and then another. But if I'm due on set, I'm never late for shooting."

Kim Basinger: "Circuses. The animals are often mistreated and they perform for you, the audience, out of fear. And a circus is not a place we want to take or teach our children that it's okay to abuse another creature."

Nicolas Cage: "Rude waiters. Especially when they try to hurry you up to decide what you want to order. They never get a tip from me."

Robert De Niro: "Getting old!"

Rupert Everett: "Shaving. I try to do so only once a week. And I don't like deodorants, ties, hats - or eggs."

Rob Lowe: "I hate it when a script calls for me to cry in a movie. I just can't do it. In one movie I was asked to break down in floods of tears, and I couldn't. I have to use glycerine that looks like I'm blubbering."

Sandra Bullock: "I can't stand people who say that women are the worst drivers. Look at the accidents on the freeway and see how many of them involve women - not many."

Jim Carrey: "I dislike people who think I'm as dumb off screen as I am on it, and who expect me to be funny for them."

Sean Connery: "I hate waste and, yes, it's true, I do switch off any unnecessary lights at home."
