Claude Jutra: A Film Portrait
Director Claude Jutra (Take it All, My Uncle Antoine, Kamouraska, etc.) was a passionate man. A huge name in Quebec cinema, he helped propel it to modern day success. Using extracts of films and interviews with Jutra’s family and colleagues, this documentary shows aspects of his life that have previously never been spoken of, including his suicide in 1986 after he learned that he had Alzheimer’s disease.
