The heartbreaking story of elderly Holocaust survivors in Israel who often go for days without enough to eat and are unable to afford the medications they require. They live in poverty, even though millions of dollars are held by Israeli banks, companies and organizations -- money that was intended to assist these survivors and which they cannot access.
Two Israeli investigative journalists try to unravel the mountains of red tape that prevent the payment of these funds to the people for whom they were intended.
