"Spirits of St. Paul", defines the infamous Gangster Era in St. Paul in the 1920's and 30's. The political and police corruption that existed during that period brought some of the biggest name gangsters in the country to St. Paul for the safe haven that they knew would await them.

Jerome Marzullo stars as mob boss, Harry Sawyer who administered this infamous system of protection.
