This documentary feature is about 12 young conductors from all over the world including Japan, Bulgaria, USA, Germany, Italy, Russia, UK, and Ukraine, meeting for 10 days in Bamberg (Germany) to win the World's most honored conducting battle: The Gustav-Mahler-Conductors-Competition.
