Stephen Collins7th Heaven actor Stephen Collins confessed to his estranged wife Faye Grant he was a child molester and the confession was caught on a tape obtained by TMZ. Collins, who is in the middle of a nasty divorce with Grant, revealed to her during a couples therapy session in 2012 he had molested and/or exposed himself to numerous underage girls years earlier.  During the therapy session Collins was specific about the incidents, unaware that Grant was secretly recording the session. Grant was advised by her divorce lawyer to tape the confession. On the recording, Collins can be heard confessing to molesting an 11-year-old New York girl who was a relative of his first wife, Marjorie Weinman.

Collins stated, “There was one moment of touching where her hand, I put her hand on my penis.” He also admitted to exposing himself to the same girl “a couple of times” from the ages of 11 to 13. Collins mentioned two more incidents.  One girl in Los Angeles who lived in their neighborhood to whom he attempted to apologize years later and another from New York who was around 12 or 13 at the time.

The New York Police Department is now conducting an active criminal investigation involving sexual contact between Collins and multiple children. ~ Janine Wyslobicky

The tape hasn’t been verified yet. And he doesn’t say much on it. And it happened 40 years ago. I’m waiting to hear the whole story before calling anyone names.
