Actors shot dead filming crime movie

Police killed two actors and injured others when a robbery scene was being filmed for a movie in Angola, Africa. Interior Minister Roberto Leal Monteiro described the shooting as an “undue use of firearms,” adding, “We won’t rest until police at all levels realize they are public servants.” In an interview with the BBC’s Portuguese Service, Radical Ribeiro, the director of the film, talked about how shocking it was when police suddenly arrived on scene and without warning, began firing at the actors, who were carrying unloaded guns. He says: “They went on shooting until I shouted out: ‘Please don’t shoot, this is a movie.” He says the officers stopped firing, but raced off without getting help for the wounded. Ribeiro confirms he had permission to film in the area.

Right on Nancy! Let’s get those shock waves rolling 🙂

Why didn’t the director shout cut!

“We won’t rest unitl police learn they are public servants at every level” That’l learn um.

“Police suddenly arrived on the scene without warning.” That’s usually how the good cops catch their man.

There’s too many loose ends here, I wish Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were still kid detectives with that dog and stuff.

Oh and thanks Nancy I almost forgot my purpose on this site.
    Merry XMAS!

Um, why does it matter where the actors were from, Marc Noble? Why are we betting that they were white, Nancy? That’s pretty shameful really, isn’t it just a tragedy that ANYONE dies in such a senseless manner? Priorities people.

I think they did something wrong that why the police shoot them because you can’t shoot someone with no reason I think they something done that they don’t want to explain to people

If it was a hollywood movie, i don’t see the reason in filming in angola. so, this must be a foreign film. fully agree with above statement from arnold, toooo many loose ends.
