Al Pacino owes the International Revenue Service over $188,000, according to TMZ. The IRS has just filed a tax lien against the actor — claiming he underestimated his earnings  in 2008 and 2009 and now owes a total of $188,283.50. Pacino’s rep told the gossip site that the actor’s former business manager made the mistake when filling out his taxes and that Pacino didn’t realize there was an error. He also said Pacino has new business management and will rectify the matter as soon as possible. Pacino, who’s considered one of the greatest film actors of all time, makes upwards of $11 million per picture.

The IRS wanna waste his time? Okay. He’ll call his lawyer. He’s the best lawyer in Miami. He’s such a good lawyer, that by tomorrow morning, the IRS gonna be working in Alaska. So dress warm.

Greatest film OVERactor of all time maybe. Most overrated performance in the history of cinema was Pacino in the vastly overrated Scent of a Woman. When Pacino’s performance as Frank Slade beat Denzel’s BRILLIANT performance as Malcolm X – they should have stopped the Academy Awards for good. What a joke. WhoHa. WhoHa. That takes REAL skill… (not really)

Really he should just cut a cheque and move on. I’m sure this is pennies to him. Plus greatest actor?? I think he’s right up there, but I think there is a high level acting ability and he’s with the rest (ie:Tom Hanks or Russel Crowe or Robert DeNiro).
