An ambulance was sent to David Hasselhoff’s home in Encino after a 911 call was sent out just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday. According to Radar Online, he was taken to hospital with alcohol poisoning, a condition he’s been hospitalized with more than five times in the past few years. Hasselhoff is a judge on America’s Got Talent, which finished the season with a live show on Wednesday. Since then, he’s been drinking heavily, and on Sunday, had been drinking vodka. At the time, his 17-year-old daughter Hayley was present, along with a male assistant. They called 911 when it appeared he was in danger. Witnesses say Hayley, who went with him to the hospital, was sobbing uncontrollably. Hasselhoff has attended rehab unsuccessfully in 2001, 2002, and 2004.
