Following her role in Les Misérables, Anne Hathaway has been in talks to star alongside Sam Rockwell and Chloë Grace Moretz in the movie Laggies. Director Lynn Shelton, whose last project is the festival hit Your Sister’s Sister, will headline the dark comedy, written by Andrea Seigel. Anne will play Megan, a 28-year old woman who refuses to take responsibility for her life and when her boyfriend finally proposes to her, she freaks out and tells him she will embark on a career retreat. She hides out and meets 16-year-old Annika (Moretz), who she stays with for a week. The Oscar-winning actress is also rumored to play the late and great Judy Garland in the biopic documenting the star’s life story. ~Carlos Laron
