Anne Heche, who has a son with ex-husband Coley Laffoon, claims she can’t afford to pay child support anymore since her TV show, Men in Trees, was cancelled. Despite earning $65,000 per episode, she says she has only a total of $34,840.93 in her bank accounts, so an L.A. County Superior Court judge has suspended her obligation to pay for the time being. Heche lists her expenses as a mortgage on her Canadian house, rent on her L.A. house, auto and other miscellaneous expenses. Heche, whose previous lovers include Steve Martin, Ellen DeGeneres and several prior soap opera co-stars, left her husband, the father of her six-year-old son, when she fell for her married Men in Trees co-star James Tupper (he has since filed for divorce from his wife). According to TMZ.com, Heche was spotted at the Malibu Beach Inn over the weekend, where she blew $30 on appetizers, not including tip.
