Ashton Kutcher promises best ever season of Two And A Half Men

Ashton Kutcher Ashton Kutcher says the new season of Two And A Half Men will be the best one yet. The 35-year-old actor is preparing to shoot the 11th season of the sitcom and although he has no idea what is in store for his character, Walden Schmidt, he can't wait to return to work. Ashton told Access Hollywood: "I start the show in a week and I'm so excited to go back to work. When I get the scripts, it's like I get to unwrap a present every Friday and I know as much as anyone else up to that point. I will say that everybody's poised to make this season the best season yet and that's our goal going in and we're going to give it hell." While Ashton's co-star Jon Cryer [Alan Harper] will return, Angus T. Jones, who plays Jake Harper, will not be a regular, although it is possible he will make guest appearances. Ashton and Jon were shocked last year when Angus launched a tirade against the sitcom calling it "filth" in a video with his church pastor and while Jon was surprised, he felt living through former co-star Charlie Sheen's falling out with creator Chuck Lorre left him better prepared for it than Ashton. Jon previously said: "It is surreal to be part of several internet s**t storms. When the latest one happened Ashton came up to me and he looked like he had seen a ghost and he was like, 'Did you hear about Angus?' and I was like, 'He is ok?' He said, 'Sort of,' and he showed me the video. And as I said having become a veteran of the internet s**t storm afterward I just looked at Ashton and said, 'Well do you think he still wants to go in on the crew gift?' It's just been one after the other. My life has taken a lot of strange turns. Mostly I'm just glad everybody is still alive."

It was a bad start with Ashton. Then got worse. Then I think they found a bit of a better groove, but really they should cancel it and make way for a fresher series of sitcoms. It’s done.
