Basinger wins custody

Kim Basinger has won custody of her 11-year-old daughter Ireland. The case was heard in a Los Angeles court on Friday after Basinger’s ex-husband, Alec Baldwin, berated his child during a phone message and temporarily had his custody rights taken away. The court hearing was expected to reinstate Baldwin’s custody, but the judge ruled in Basinger’s favor after a full day of hearing evidence. Baldwin was not present in court.
